The best part of being a real estate agent is helping people find an investment and secure financial freedom. The biggest problem that I’ve noticed in real estate is that many people hire underqualified real estate agents! Agents who don't answer the phone or can't show a property because they are working their daytime job or an agent who doesn't know or understand the process. Since Covid, Many people have entered the industry since getting a license only requires a few hours of coursework, a classroom test, and a state test. These low entry requirements have caused many people to jump into the industry looking to collect big commission checks and in reality, they have no idea what they are doing!
